Visitor Experience
As visitors approach the Color Shadows exhibit, they’ll be greeted by two distinct sets of light sources. Each of these light sets offer a different mode of exploration. The first set consists of a table with adjustable light sources directed onto it. The table features a hand object that can be rotated. This allows visitors to experiment with various orientations to cast shadows in unique ways.
To further engage with the light sources, visitors can utilize intuitive knobs placed on top of the table. These knobs enable precise control over the density of red, green, and blue light sources. This way, visitors have the power to manipulate the color composition of the light and influence the hues of their shadows. With a twist of the knobs, the exhibit transforms into an interactive canvas where visitors can paint mesmerizing, colorful shadows with their own hands.
